This issue is proposed closely integrated with the actual status of cyanide wastewater treatment methods. In the hope that finding the measure in the acrylic fiber wastewater treatment plant, through follow-up treatment process, adjust the packing materials, research, and solve the low efficiency of cyanide wastewater treatment problems. The results show that aeration activated carbon filter combined process of biological treatment of wastewater containing cyanide has get a good treatment effect.Through the use of aerated biological activated carbon filter wastewater containing cyanide. In different gas-water ratio and hydraulic retention time under the above operating mode to the flow tested on CODcr and ammonia nitrogen removal, by the mathematical model of the effluent COD meet the national emission standard B 60 mg/L filter required height. The results showed that the gas water ratio of 4: 1 and the retention time of 3h, the best effect, CODcr and ammonia concentration from 119.97 mg/L down to 16. 49 mg/L and 25.03 m/L to 4.73 mg/L, removal rates were 86.25% and 81.10%. Biological aerated filter backwash water and gas during the joint anti-wash effect is better, studies show that aeration activated carbon filter combined process of biological treatment of wastewater containing cyanide has good treatment effect, the subject of biological activated carbon for chemical wastewater treatment provide a useful reference works.
