Analysis And Research About Vibration Abnormity Of Cylinder Balling Machine

In the steel-making process, the extract mine have to be made as balls to meet the need of blast furnace smelt, and the cylinder ball-making machine is made to meet this purpose. The normal working statue of the ball-making machine is very important for the quality and output of the balls. So far in the steel-making factory in china, the cylinder ball-making machine and the ball-making line, which are used to produce balls, all come from abroad, so it's important to research on the working statue of the cylinder ball-making machine for china's ball-makers to use the ball-making line well and to produce the line.The ball-making line has something wrong after working for a year normally in a big steel-making factory, two of the ball-making machines in the line have something which is abnormal, and this causes a big vibration in the factory building, and the produce and the crew have been threatened. The crew of this factory want to solve this question but as the ball-making machine is huge and the working surrounding is complicated, so the reason why there is a big vibration in the ball-making machine can not be found. In this situation, the author measured data in the factory, and finally find the reason of the vibration, through studying the data measured and doing dummy sample analysis. The author also lists kinds of vibration situations of the ball-making machines, and this is helpful for the analysis of the cylinder ball-making machines'vibration abnormality.This study includes contents as follows:(1) Structure and working principle of the cylinder ball-making machine.(2) Kinds of failures during the working process of the cylinder ball-making machine and ways to recognize them.(3) The software used to measure vibration data and the measure method.(4) Modeling and analysis of the dummy sample of the cylinder ball-making machine. Setting up the model of the cylinder ball-making machine with the three-dimension modeling software pro/e, then to build the dummy sample of the cylinder ball-making machine with the dynamics analysis software ADAMS. Putting up the kinematics and dynamics analysis, to research the vibration situation of the cylinder ball-making machine, by comparing the date from the dummy sample and the locale measurement.By the analysis of the data measured, the initial conclusion is got, then to prove the correction of the conclusion with the theoretical value from the dummy sample. At the end the conclusion that the ball-making machine's vibration is caused by the gear systems is reached, after removing the other possibilities. And the vibration has a sharp decrease after a repair on the gear system, and this as well as gives a support to the conclusion.
