| This paper established a whole process simulation of 1 mt/a hydrocracking unit. The hydrocracking unit consists of reaction section, separation section and utility section. In this paper, sequential modular approach is used to modeling the unit.Basic physical calculated model and unit module mathematical model were founded in this thesis. Basic physical calculated model mainly contains critical physical model, boiling point model, liquid phase molar volume model, eccentric factor model, latent heat of vaporization model, and heat capacity model. And unit module mainly contains equilibrium flash module, heat exchanger module, hydrocracking reactor module, fractionators module, and pipeline system module. The whole process simulator achieves realistic simulation training effect, by the main simulation program calls all modules and solving, and the interface of dynamic simulation phenomena with OTS operating system.Steady-state simulation accuracy and dynamic simulation phenomena were discussed. The result shows that the simulator can preferable reflect the real plant, and has good steady-state simulation accuracy and dynamic trend characteristics. The simulator can not only used as a training simulator, but also can used as a tool for start up and shut down scheme, and emergency response plan, for control method research and process optimization.The simulator has already been used as a training simulator for hydrocracking unit operators. The unit has been started up, and be operated smoothly. The products quality and the yield of diesel fuel are in design conditions. This shows that the simulator plays a good role in training function. |
