The existing of Cl- promotes the corrosion of equipment when the crude oil processed, which being great harmful and threat to the safety of refinery production. To solve the corrosion of pipeline equipment by the chloride ion in Oilfield water, by simulating the corrosion of oil field water system, the rapid assessment of corrosion rate instrument, Change the Process Parameters such as the concentration range of corrosion inhibitors, pH and so on and study chloride ion in steels'corrosive effect in Oilfield water solution and the corrosion properties of Corrosion Inhibitor Compound. The main research is as follows:(1) This paper had studied the affect from the temperature, PH value and Cl-ions on the corrosion rate of carbon steel in simulated oilfield water (Na2Cl,MgCl2,CaCl2,Na2SO4)by Using CMB-4510A corrosion rate for rapid assessment, selecting 10#,20#, N80 and 316L steel.The rusults showed that the corrosion rate of System to carbon steel is leastest when the temperature of 40℃,and PH value of 6 in the simulated oilfield water systems. When the temperature is above 40℃, Corrosion rate dramatical increased by increasing temperature and PH value. The existing of Cl-can accelerate corrosion of carbon steel,which getting severer with the concentration of Cl-increased. Corrosion resistance of carbon steel to Cl- were in the order 316L>N80>20#>10#.(2) By using online corrorsion monitor experimental equipment, The study focused on the capability of 2-methyl-imidazoline and Thiourea of corrosion inhibitor and the compound effects with other corrosion inhibitors. The rusults showed 2-methyl-imidazoline and Thiourea have a better compound effect to the carbon steel.(3) This paper had explored inhibition effect of two new substances which were Non-toxic harmless, N-methyl diethanolamine and imidazole.This experiment result were support mutually by the method of static coupon weightlessness,scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Electrochemical Workstation. The rusults showed that both N-methyl diethanolamine and Thiourea had a better inhibition effect to carbon steel in simulated oilfield water which containing chloride,and they were excellent corrosion inhibitor.
