The above approach and efficient access to the complex surface entities, greatly improved the original products innovation efficiency.This paper based on NX programming software, elaborated on the process through the definition of the coordinate system,the choice of blank, the effective control of spindle,cutting layer set, cutting the amount of feed rate settings, processing region selection, tool path generation and simulation steps of machining complex surfaces tips and efficient methods of numerical control programming.Finally, picking milling machine control system HEIDENHAIN for example ,elebrated post-processing settings may finally be the actual NC machine tools and can be used for CNC machining code.
