In this study, we conducted an effective retrofit on DTU-2A thermo-balance, working on ways to the resolutions of fouling of heat surface in CFB-trigged by CaO carbonation with air combustion conditions. Most notably, for the first time, concerns about influences on limestone calcinations and itself products'carbonation process caused by steam vapor were highlighted could lead to a detailed analysis on such interactions between CO2 density, temperature, impurities in limestone and course of calcinations/carbonation, which was likely to come across a further study on active variations with reference to multiple stages of calcinations/carbonation experiment. Finally, particular emphasis was thus been draw on a proposed model on limestone calcinations and calcined products carbonation. The findings demonstrated that improvement of decomposition rate of limestone calcinations, transformation ratio of CaO and more evident tendency when lowering carbonation temperature, by proxy, steam vapor's existence.
