TWIP steel is a high strength and high toughness steel plasticity, its tensile strength can be achieved 1924MPa, elongation up to 90% of its excellent mechanical properties are widely concerned about the market prospect is considerable. Based on cost savings, design TWIP steels are mainly composed of Mn content of 13%, Si content of 0.5%, C content of 1.13%, the remainder of Fe. Mainly from the asynchronous hot, asynchronous cold, water quenching studies on three sides.In a single-pass hot rolling, the use of different-diameter ratios were 1,1.118,1.25,1.37,1.5 pushed down the rates were 10%, 30%, 50%, 60%, 70%, five kinds of different-diameter ratios and reduction ratio of five cases, a study found that: TWIP steel in an asynchronous rolling, the water-cooled, its tensile strength of up to 1140MPa, elongation up to 50%. And also found that grain refining effect increases with the reduction ratio is better than different-diameter ratios in hot rolling. In the single-channel hot rolling, maximum reduction ratios of different-diameter ratios were from 85% to 65% in wedge-shaped pieces rolling. The organizational structure of the distribution in wedge-shaped pieces was uneven after rolling in the asynchronous, through the wedge-shaped pieces of convex-concave surface hardness distribution of the test observation. In the tensile test found the same reduction ratio in the case, the hot water-quenching after the TWIP steel work-hardening rate increases as the different-diameter ratios of an increasing trend, in the same different-diameter ratio, with the depressed rate increases.In multi-pass cold rolling of TWIP steel was found that: the effect of asynchronous rolled improve the strength of TWIP steel is marked, In reduction ratios about 60%, different-diameter ratios of 1.25 rolled, the tensile strength of TWIP steel up to 1920MPa, but the diameter ratios only up to 1560MPa. After cold-rolling TWIP steel ,heating it at 1100℃for 4min, and then the grain size significantly smaller, can reach 20 ~ 50μm, but also received a large number of twin organization.
