Copper alloys have excellent physical and chemical properties, good conductivity, thermal conductivity, the atmosphere and water is also high corrosion resistance, good processing properties.Copper alloy and good plasticity, easy to cold and hot forming; cast copper alloys have good casting properties, there are some special mechanical properties. For example, excellent friction and wear (such as bronze and brass section); high elastic limit and fatigue limit (bronze, etc.).Because of these excellent properties, copper and copper alloy in electrical, instrumentation industry, shipbuilding industry and machinery manufacturing industry has been widely applied in.This article will focus on three cast copper alloy and martensitic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel friction pair consisting of a temperature of 15℃, humidity under laboratory to 40g/m3 dry friction condition in the M-2000 friction and weartesting machine, the dry friction and wear properties of study, under the conditions of dry friction in the same experiment at a fixed positive pressure load 200N, speed 200r/min (0.424m/s) for 2h under friction and wear test, each cast copper alloyUnder the experimental conditions tested five times.M-2000 friction and wear tester by using weighting method friction coefficient and wear rate will be the volume of data processing and analysis, to compare their wear resistance, by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to observe the worn surface.Experiments show that the wear mechanism of copper alloy mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear dominated in the three kinds of ZQA19-4Tinless Bronze, has a good abrasion resistance and dry friction properties.
