This research was implemented in accordance with the present situation of the application of high pure raw materials in the study of bulk amorphous alloy from lots of laboratory, aiming at redacing preparation cost and the realization of bulk amorphous alloy from laboratory to industrials preparation and large-scale application; By low vacuum and materials,though append less slipcover in meltion and parify to prepared the Fe-based bulk amorphous alloys. The structure, thermal behaviors and corrosion properties of bulk amorphous alloys were examined by employing the X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),scanning electron microscope(SEM), and corrosion measuring system respectively. And the glass forming ability, thermal stability and,corrosion resistant properties and rigidity caused by the effect of addition of trace elements in Fe-based system were investigated.Rod samples of Fe41Co7-xCr15C15M14B6Y2Mnx(X=0,1,3,5)and Fe41Co7-xCr15C15M14 B6 Y2 Nx (X=0,1,3,5,7) were prepared by magnetic levitation melting - copper modle + copper modle casting method, and the glass forming ability and thermal stability were studied. The results that, the addition of elements Mn and N reduced preparation cost, more the addition of elements Mn and N , but less mechanical properties and N better Mn for GFA and compres-sire strength. In this paper ,It is main that the addition of element N for Fe-based properties influence.The casting mechanical properties of Fe41Co7Cr15C15M14B6Y2 bulk amorphous alloys prepared both from industrial pure raw materials and high-pure raw materials are similar. Proper heat treatments of the cast alloys obtained with industrials pure raw materals increased hardness. Industrial materials the Fe-based bulk amorphous alloys have better corrosive resistance by immersion weight loss method. So,It may preparaed for Fe-based bulk amorphous alloys by industrial materials ensured in parification and definite rate of cooling.
