| Coal is an important strategic material matters to a country's sustainable development.Coal production is a colossal task, which relating to people's livelihood. In the process of using coal hydraulic equipment, the quality of emulsion has a great impact on those devices's service life. This paper is the research on intelligent matching system of emulsion. Theoretical and experimental research centerred on the concentration of emulsion preparation, the processing methods of backflow emulsion, system control, display system results, and so on.Completed the hardware design.Designed programs based on mixed application of C language and assembly language.The rationality of the system is analyzed through experimental study. The main research results and coments are as follows:(1)Proposed the method of real-time detect and effective control the flow of emulsion.(2)Proposed the method of using DSP chip, which with high-performance and TI Company designed for real-time control, design intelligent matching system of emulsion.(3)Designed the hardware circuit about intelligent matching system of emulsion. It included the design of system power supply, DSP chip peripheral circuit, signal processing circuit, dispensing pump frequency control circuit, mixer control circuit, LCD circuit, and so on.(4)Designed programs based on mixed application of C language and assembly language. It included the programs design of I/O port, timer module, ADC module, PWM module, interrupt module, return liquid PH value test and control, emulsion tank liquid level detection and control, emulsified oil tank oil level detection and control, concentration detection and control, LCD drive and display programming, digital PID control and PC software design to achieve, and so on.And debugged the system of software in software development environment of CCS.(5)Experimentalled the system, analysis the error of PC display and the preparation quality of Emulsion. Validated the reasonable of the system design. |
