| Coal is the main energy sources, in2014China’s coal output reached3.87billion tons total, nearly half of the world’s coal production. With therapid growth of China’s economy, the demand for coal will gradually rise,so in the future for a long period of time, the status of coal as the mainenergy sources can not be replaced. Coal production along with theadvancement of technology is also fully automated direction towardwhich the fully mechanized coal face of automation equipment is themain content of the mine automation.In fully mechanized coal face, emulsion as the important carrier ofempowerment, the emulsion pump station is the most importantapplications will be provided to the hydraulic support as a source ofpower. The survey found that most of the papers by domestic emulsionautomatic matching system has the following main characteristics: theratio of mechanical, structural complexity, low degree of automation;automation ratio, select the actuator failure rate, the ratio of the accuracyis limited, often can not reach the required concentration; or poor adaptability of their equipment and can not be flexible to adjust itsconcentration ratio; not well integrated into other control systems, there isno good openness. With coal increased automation, automatic matchingsystem existing emulsion increasingly exposed many shortcomings.For the reasons above analysis, this paper re-design anddevelopment of a "Intelligent automatic emulsion liquid matching anddistribution system".System selection concentration sensor and levelsensor, collected it data as part of a feedback control gear pumps andsolenoid valve for the action,that to do concentration ratio of continuousadjustable automatic, overall with automatic operation, automaticdiagnostics, real-time display, adaptability, safety reliability.First, the modular design of the emulsion tank, which is integrated inthe emulsion tank, and reasonable arrangements for the layout of thesystem all the sensors and actuators all arranged in a tank designed cavitybeing reserved, but also its internal electrical wiring and installation ofparts of the organization have been specially designed, the overall shapeafter closing the respective covers, box looks clean and high integration.Secondly, the electrical part of the design of the combination ofswitches, including the main circuit, control circuit and protection circuitdesign, and design proof in particular, including intrinsically safe circuitsand flameproof enclosure design.Then tap the system limited hardware conditions, advanced control system designed to solve the existing emulsion imprecise automaticmatching problems and improve the reliability and stability of the systemwork. Specific design methods is design of advanced sensor signalprocessing method, we designed two dosing schemes, respectivelyvolume method and the concentration ratio sensor feedback ratio method,and was designed based on redundant switching program Automaticsensor failure, when the sensor is damaged automatically switch toanother program of work continues to run, and to ensure rapid andaccurate dosing.
