At present, it is the key transition period to economic development model for our country, many products are moving to the direction of energy saving. Hydraulic system of aluminum ingot continuous casting machine, as an important factor, affects the efficiency of energy saving equipment, and it is also one important research.The topics to 20kg aluminum ingot continuous casting machine for the study, because the hydraulic system of 20kg aluminum ingot continuous casting machine has many loads, and working conditions change largely,and the efficiency is not high. To enhance the system's efficiency, the paper put forward feasible solutions under ensuring the reliability of the system.This paper discusses purpose and significance of the energy-saving technology of 20kg aluminum ingot continuous casting machine, and described the development of aluminum ingot continuous casting machine and the current energy saving research of hydraulic system. For the researching of the energy saving system, this paper makes a detailed analysis of energy loss of hydraulic system under various reasons, described three stages of development of energy saving about hydraulic system and makes a theoretical foundation for the next step of aluminum ingot casting machine hydraulic system.Second, according to composition and function analysis of 20kg aluminum ingot continuous casting machine this paper designed to meet the requirements of the hydraulic system condition. On the issue of hydraulic systems, focusing on energy-saving design and analysis of the major factors affect the efficiency of the system is divided into two aspects:First, the reasonable order of several actions arrangements reduce the system's installed power; secondly the selection of energy-saving components and system and the application of advanced system components and systems can reduce the overflow traffic, so that the system is full of energy using and enhancing the operation of the system power. Address these two issues, the paper proposed the new sort, to make a variety of power sources driven program compared to arrive at a variable load sensing pump control system design for the most energy-efficient.Last determining program, the paper builds pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders and other major components of the mathematical model and applies similar systems principle. At last using AMESim software make a load sensing variable displacement pump controlled, multi-actuator system simulation, and simulation results show that:The load sensing control method can reduce the aluminum ingot continuous casting machine hydraulic system to run power to save energy, the meet system is stable. The paper provides a reference to other major projects to improve energy efficiency, and has some meaning of actual.
