Injection molding machine is a widely used and complicated structured plastics processing equipment. With the development of the times and the injection molding machine market competition intensifies, how to achieve energy-saving injection molding machine in order to reduce production costs and improve product competitiveness has become a critical issue affecting the development of injection molding machine industry.With the development of hydraulic simulation technology matures, the use of simulation technology to realize energy-saving injection molding machine hydraulic systems research has become possible. Therefore, in this paper, a research of the SZ-250A type injection molding machine is made based on AMESim hydraulic simulation software. The research is made from the following several aspects:1. The research status of domestic energy-saving injection molding machine status and hydraulic simulation technology are reviewed at the first, then the AMESim software is selected as the simulation software of research;2. Analysis of the composition of SZ-250A injection molding machine hydraulic system, work process and the principle are made. Process modeling and simulation AMESim software are introduced;3. SZ-250A injection molding machine hydraulic system simulation model is established. The simulation analysis of the performance impact is made with different hydraulic system piping design of injection molding machine energy consumption;4. Matlab/Simulink and AMESim co-simulation is used and simulation analysis is made with closed-loop control of injection molding machine hydraulic system;5. Energy saving transforming is made on the SZ-250A injection molding machine hydraulic system simulation model and simulation analysis is made on energy consumption and performance of hydraulic system after the transformation.
