In this article, many Characterization, such as FI-IR,TEM,SEM, TG/DTA and the mechanical analysis,aging analysis, biological Compatibility analysis,the soluble protein analysis of nHA/NR composites,were employed to study the preparing methods,morphology,modification effect of nHA and the morphology the thermal stability,the aging property,the mechanical property,the biological compatibility of the composites.The results show that the resultant nHA,Prepared by ultrasonic and modification and have a high aspect ratio,have a similar composition and morphology to the body's HA.the nano-HA,which has been modified by modification,improved the dispersion of nHA in natural rubber latex composite film,improved the interfacial interaction of nHA/NR,improved the mechanical and the thermal stability properties of the composites.the composite film have excellent Anti-allergic to protein due to the soluble protein decrease as the nHA can adsorbe or shield the soluble protein in NR.the phenomenon of nano-HA can improve the biocompatibility of NR indicates that the nHA/NR composites films is bouned to have very broad applications in the field of biological materials.
