With the photoluminescence properties of fluorescent semiconductor nanoparticles because of their special optical, electrical, mechanical, magnetic, catalytic properties of other excellent features, has caused the scientific community and the material world of great concern to researchers. At present, scientists in various ways, have been successfully synthesized CdS, CdSe, SiO2, CdSe, CdTe, Fe2O3 nanoparticles, etc. Successfully prepared nano-particles in optical, electrical, magnetic, and other parties used widely.First, the semiconductor nanoparticles were introduced, their spectroscopic properties were analyzed and explained; Introduced a variety of methods of synthesis of semiconductor nanoparticles, and compared their advantages and disadvantages; Introduced the semiconductor nanoparticles because of their special optical properties and to act as a biological probe in the life sciences, bio-detection in the application.Second, through literature review, several methods used to synthesize CdS semiconductor nanoparticles, and gain XRD, absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra were characterized, and the use of synthesized CdS nanoparticles for the detection of vitamin B12, on the mechanism and experimental results are discussed.Third, the cadmium telluride precursor conditions in the microwave heating nucleation grown quantum dots, spectral characterization was carried out. Have been synthesized using cadmium telluride nanoparticles on the vitamin B6, B1 to determine the content, its related theory were suggested and discussed.
