Abnormal fat metabolism or operation of the plasma above the normal one or a variety of lipid called hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia is a systemic disease, is the blood cholesterol (TC) and/or triglyceride (TG) high or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) is too low, modern medicine known as Hyperglycemia. In recent years, as people's living standards, diet and lifestyle changes, blood lipid levels among the general rising year by year. People's awareness on the dangers of high blood cholesterol has deepened, while researchers take more and more attention on studying the control of high blood cholesterol, both in the search for effective treatment of high blood cholesterol drug.The immunity nine peptide in this thesis is sieved by the bank of peptide which can regulate the metabolism of body cells, reducing the production of toxic metabolites, thereby enhancing the body's immunity. It can enhance the clinical performance of the flexibility and lower capillary blood concentration, plasma lipid and increase the content of blood oxygen. This peptide with good medical value has a large masket. The aim of this thesis is finding a a optimized peptide synthesis and purification method which can provide a guarantee for immunization research and application of new drugs.According to the principle of Fmoc-solid phase synthesis, this study took 2-Chlorotrityl Chloride resin as the solid phase carrier, HOBT/TBTU/DIEA as the catalyst, DMF as the resolver and the cleansing agent, TFA/EDT/H2O as the cutting medicinal preparation, the synthesizer which independently designs as the equipment, the establishment is suitable for the large scale production of the immunity nine peptide and the equipment system. And studied the synthesis technics on synthesis carrier, amino acid, coupling reagent. We blocked the remains active sites of the resin to increase the coupling efficiency, and completely established the whole technique of production route. The synthetic multi-peptides took the water-methyl cyanide as the dual gradient elution flowing,1%trifluoroacetic acids as the ion pairs, carried on the purification with the opposition highly effective liquid chromatography to the product, the sterling after freeze-drying was white powdery and the purity was bigger than 98%; We used mass spectroscopy to determine molecular weight and the HPLC to analyses the pure peptide product to compare chromatograph retention value with the standards, the result is consistent. This synthesis-separation method is simple and convenient which have a short cycle and a low cost to amplify.
