The doped rare earth manganese oxide materials are paid attention because of its rich magnetic properties. The people studied systematically Crystal structure, magnetic properties and resistivity changes of it in the 1960s', and in the 1990s'the people made also a lot of research on its colossal magneto-resistance effect. Now, because the doped rare earth manganese oxide materials could change its infrared emissivity according to the temperature changes, it has become the hotspot of smart thermal control materials research inland and overseas.This paper explored the preparation of the doped LaMnO3 materials, and researched the crystal structure, basic physical properties, resistivity and infrared emissivity properties of the doped LaMnO33 materials.The missions of this work are:(1) To research on the synthesis process of the high pure powder of La1-χBχMn03 (B= Sr, Ca, etc.). (2) To research on the sintering process of the high-quality block of La1-χBχMn03 (B= Sr, Ca, etc). (3) Using the technologies of XRD, SEM, PPMS etc. to character the crystal structure and microstructure of the material, and to test its physical properties. (4) Using Dual-band emissivity measuring to research on the infrared emissivity properties of the doped LaMnO3 materials.The results show that:we can prepare the high-quality material of the doped LaMnO3 using the appropriate process. Generally the crystal structure of the La1-χBχMn03 (B= Sr, Ca, etc) materials is inversely proportional to its cell size, its infrared emissivity in room temperature is proportional to its cell size, and its phase transition temperature is inversely proportional to its cell size.
