With the widely development of the research for stamp-forming finite element simulation,more people began to solve the arduous problem which using finite element method to know the stamping of large scale complicated ramming components (For example various spare parts for automobile),and making perfect continuously。The automobile body panel components molding relates directly to the components quality。This topic unifies Ningbo Moaning company automobile development, takes shape in the process to column outside plank, conducts the experimental study, and has outlined the panel ramming molding production mechanism in this foundation, the finite element value simulation technology correlation elementary theory, has analyzed the influence molding value primary factor. Then developed has taken shape the process simulation to the components, through to the analogue result analysis, after adopted the corresponding improvement and the revision measure molding on the simulation analysis, obtained the effect good craft model.
