The Performance Research And Design Of 114m~2 Vertical Disc Filter

This paper introduces the structure and principle of the 114m2 vertical disc filter,and the development of the vacuum vertical disc filter.According to the design experience of some Machinery Manufacturing Works and the feedback of user,I adjust the main shaft part to their environment, the main shaft have been optimized by changing the inner structure of the main shaft part from two straight layers to two inner taper layers,and the filting efficiency have been improved greatly.It is much more easier to produce and replace the spare part by increasing the diameter of the disc and minish the dimension of sector。The retaining clip has been designed in order to assemble the sector easily.The distributing head has been optimized by decrease the dimension of the shadow region of it,and increase the efficiency of the vertical disc filter。With the help of the beater has been designed in the circumgyration orbit,the tank has been optimized,and the feed way has been ameliorated,the function of the agitation has been potentiated and decrease the deposition of the ore pulp.The sealing part have been redesignded to resolve the leak of the inner sealing jacket with the outer sealing jacket。...
