Stepping motor as the sun battery array driver control device, is driving mechanism of power, is driven to complete one of the key components of drive function. Motor rubber seal once appear seal failure, and will lead to the motor and driving control system breaks down, huge economy loss and hard to imagine in serious consequences. Therefore, the motor seal failure research become problems to be solved. This article through to the rubber material thermal cycle of finite element simulation and the heat cycle in a vacuum, radiation of the failure of conditions were studied.The materials for rubber and the nonlinear elastic of theoretical research, and deduced uniaxial tensile conditions five constant Mooney-Rivilin model of tensile stress and elongation of non-linear mechanics relation. Through the rubber constant temperature aging model derived the thermal cycling condition changes the ageing of the relationship, and puts forward the statistical analysis of thermal cycle under the life of aging changes calculation method.Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, set up and combining the rubber 3 d finite element analysis model, and the model of the heat cycle load stress analysis, get two type rubber temperature conduction, heat flux, directional heat flux, stress, strain and the change of displacement map to analysis the rubber material thermal cycle with the performance of the changes to have the certain reference significance.Rubber material in space environment because of the influence of heat circulation and irradiation the most significant, and therefore, in order to analysis the performance of the rubber material with the two kind of environment changes, the relationship between design rubber seal material vacuum thermal cycle, vacuum irradiation test, and the treatment of the specimens performance tensile mechanical properties test and scanning electron microscopy (sem) analysis of the method of combining was studied, and the research methods on the ground space environmental simulation is of high reference value.Through the rubber vacuum heat circulation and vacuum irradiation aging failure test data analysis shows that the rubber sealing materials tensile permanent deformation, tensile elongation and tensile strength with the heat cycle load times, irradiation doses of increasing returns, will present the trend stretch stress, elastic modulus is has increased trends; In the heat cycle load times, the radiation dose is low, rubber material to cross-linking effect is given priority to, when the heat cycle load times, irradiation, the higher dose to degradation effect mainly.
