Blast furnace slag can be used to produce green building materials, which not only saved resources, environmental protection, has good economic, but also has great potential and broad prospects for development. Long-term survey and analysis of utilization of steel slag, basic grasp of the Long steel slag in the generation, disposal and utilization, and chemical composition, mineral composition, activity, and basic performance of a more comprehensive understanding of Long steel slag, which providing a basic data for the comprehensive utilization of blast furnace slag.Blast furnace slag of Long steel produced green building materials,used the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental method. The subject of research method of the Long steel in the previous stages used the theoretical analysis and the calculation of the actual analysis of slag properties and related index,the alkali-activated systems. The laboratory stages of the subject used the method of single factor analysisComparison experiments,and orthogonal experiments.Results of Long steel slag chemical composition analysis:Main components content of Long Steel blast furnace slag, such as CaO, SiO2, Al2O3 is relatively stable. Quality index calculation results of Long Steel blast furnace slag samples show that the water of Long steel slag rigid coefficient, water activity very hard, has high activity to live up to the requirements of cement ingredients. Long steel slag is a general activity of slag, although able to meet the configuration requirements of slag cement, but the quality is not very high. Laboratory grindability test on samples of steel slag, the Long steel slag grinding work index, in the cement clinker grinding work index range, are easy to wear in the slag. And strength test requirements in accordance with volcanic ash, Long steel slag and the lime in the relatively large proportion of the time, the strong the pozzolanic reaction is.Through the incorporation of alkaline agent and water cement ratio on the initial setting time of experimental analysis shows that if you want to play the role of alkali activated slag concrete in the laboratory and engineering in the alkali activation, you must take measures. Although the decrease of slag fineness of the initial setting time can be extended, but on the mechanical properties of mixture have some effects, experiments show that the fineness of slag left in 500m2/kg the mixture of initial setting time is the optimum. Alkaline agent incorporation the same amount, the two activators have a high early strength, experiments show that excitation of sodium silicate to slag better than NaOH. When the ratio of surface area reaches 500m2/kg, slag produced the maximum compressive strength, when the ratio of surface area reaches 630m2/kg, the early high compressive strength, but late not enough strength. Orthogonal design standard of brick slag alkaline formulations, testing of slag brick compressive strength and flexural strength, set the best formula of standard laboratory production of alkali activated slag bricks.
