| Dereasing the harmful ingredients of cigarette smoke is an important task for the tobacco industry at present. Dereasing the harmful ingredients are generally done by reduced the tar content. However, as far as the harmful ingredients such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrosamines, nitrogenoxides, free redicals, the methods above are not effective enough. If we can selectivelg reduce the harmful ingredients, while maintaining those who smoked depend on. So, studing on the harmful ingredients is very useful to the development of tobacco science and technology, raising the level of harm reduction techniques, and tobacco industry.In the experiment, adding tea leaves to reduce the content of toxicity, and impact factor was beeing exploxed.The properties of tea polyphenols against free radical and antioxidant are investigated. The theory of tea polyphnols on the various harmful substances is investgated.The key researches are the tea and polyphenols'role in the reduction effect of free redicals, nicotine, nitrosamines, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Tea polyphnols is added in cigarettes by diffenert proportions. The harmful components in flue gas are detected after combustion. Different types of tea leaves are added by different ratios instead of the original parts of tonacco, and then the smoke is gathered and detected.The results show that tea polyphnols has a good does-effect relationship on reducing cigarette harm. TP is effective factor in reducing cigarette harm.The results show that tea polyphnols has a good does-effect relationship on free redicals scavenging.Vitamins C,E andβ-Carotene have a good synergy to TP. Vitamins C plays a good synergy on the stability and anti-radical of TP.β-Carotene plays a good synergy on the antioxidant of TP.When the tea polyphnols is added in cigarettes, the nicotine content decreases, while caffeine content increases, nitrosamines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons also decreases. The people's dependency of tobacco will be keeped. The quality of smoke will deterioate if the additives excessives, and the harmful substances will increase. |
