At present,the contradiction between demand of mineral resources and the shallow deposits and reserves constantly consume,makes cooling methods in different mining stages.Cooling methods solve the heat damage phenomenon caused by the rised temperature,the increased heat dissipation of rock mass,the heat release of air and the increased mechanical heat dissipation.Heat harm prevention and control is the life cycle of the whole mine.Heat harm prevention work's content of design of the mine,capital construction mine and the old mine is differentthe.This paper provides a reference for the treatment of heat harm in deep metal mines through the research on the thermal hazard control of different mining stages'mines.Hongtoushan copper zinc mine is an old mine,because of the contradiction between the existing ventilation system and the demand of the mining situation,resulting in underground mining area has been a high temperature and high humidity phenomenon.Zhangzhuang iron ore is in the constructione and the geothermal conditions is complex.With the advance of mine,it has been found the temperature that is more than 30? in the northern.Due to the occurrence depth and geothermal gradient,Dataigou downhole geothermal is serious.The heat harm in these different mining periods of metal mines is a challenge to the deep mines cooling technology in China.In this paper,through the analysis of literature,heat exchange between the airflow and surrounding rock were studied;based on characteristics of different periods of geothermal,temperature distribution were tested,then the ground temperature distribution and the thermal physical parameters of the Hongtoushan copper zinc mine,Zhangzhuang iron mine,and the Dataigou iron mine were obtained;ventsim 3D ventilation simulation software was used to establish ventilation systems of Hongtoushan copper zinc mine,Zhangzhuang iron mine,and the Dataigou iron mine,and thermal simulation of mine ventilation systems were carried out,then based on the analysis of the mine thermal damage,a series of feasible cooling measures were proposed.Through the tests of the ground temperature distribution of three mines,Hongtoushan copper zinc mine,Zhangzhuang iron mine,and the Dataigou iron mine of geothermal gradient are 1.6?/100m,2.77?/100m,1.96?/100m,and Zhangzhuang iron mine geothermal is anomal,and it show a the transverse temperature gradient,geothermal gradient in the Southern section is 1.56?/100m,in the middle of the geothermal gradient is 0.11?/100m,geothermal gradient in the northern is 1.85?/100m.According to the heat simulation results of three mines,multi-stage ventilator station,wind circulation,the shallow thermal control technology,real-time alarm monitoring technology and so on were put forward for Hongtoushan copper zinc mine to increase the underground air volume and governance underground heat harm;expanding the north wind well section,northern roadway insulation and wet source control were proposed for Zhangzhuang iron mine in the middle construction,and in the later construction multistage fan station ventilation ventilation system was proposed;main Ventilation cooling and refrigeration auxiliary partial ventilation scheme that include strengthen the management of ventilation,the control of heat,segmented refrigeration and other measures were put forward for Dataigou iron mine.
