The roadheader is one of the key equipments under the coal mine drifting. The crawler is the walking mechanism of roadheader,and it supports the whole machine,mainly withstands reaction force, the overturning moment,and the dynamic load.While the EBZ-135 roadheader is tunnelling,crawler has not sufficient adhesion,and it makes the machine slip easily and can not remove the solt automatically.Therefore, carrying on the optimization design to crawler board is the main research content of this paper.The project of this paper originates from the factory and school cooperative project,optimizes the crawler board of roadheader for the Design Institute of Taiyuan Mining Machinery This paper is based on the EBZ135 roadheader as the research object,.We use UG software to model the parts, and import into the simulation software ADAMS after assembling the part, then carry on the dynamic simulation, and obtain the load boundary condition. Finally,we utilize the simulation result to analysis the crawler board in finite element analysis software ANSYS.This paper mainly establishs the following parts using the UG software: Driving wheel, guiding wheel, crawler board as well as the walkingframe, then assembles into the whole machine and carries out the simple interference inspection, completes the simplified roadheader.Then the model is imported into the ADAMS software,and exerting the restrains,loads,and so on.The virtual prototype is completed,then carry on onward , climbing and turning simulation.Verify the accuracy of the simulation results though torque theoretical value,and research the load curve of crawler board.The paper extracts the maximum load of crawler board as the load boundary condition of finite element analysis,and proceeds finite element analysis in ANSYS software,so as to check the intensity of original crawler board.Finally,this paper carries on the structure optimization to the original crawler board from enhancing the slip-resistant and the automatic elimination silt function,so as to the achieve intended purpose.
