Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber is a kind of high-performance synthetic fiber with excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, flame retardancy.The bags are mostly made nonwovens processing and filament fabric compounded with staple fiber .There are many problems in using, such as non-woven fabric strength is low, life is short, short fiber iseasy to drain , fabric is easy to knot board ,impacting the cleaning effects. Based on the filiter principle of the fabric and the research of yarn structure, This issue used the deformation by air technology, the PPS air textured yarn has the development of a higher intensity and the surface has a hardness with softness of terry, hairiness of the imitation of natural fiber, it has a high intensity, the dust tail has a good adsorption, trapping, peeling, it is satisfied with the thermal power and other industries dealing with the filiter bag needs.The PPS air textured yarn with filter bag, yarn structure, performance and morphological changes depends on the polymer structure, aggregate structure and control of processing conditions. Therefore, this issue starting from the fiber microstructure, the fiber denier match, draw ratio, ultra-feed rate, air pressure, for water, processing speed, heat setting temperature and time of processing parameters on the performance of PPS air textured yarn and yarn line morphology and the stability of the impact of a more systematic study, get good performance and morphology of PPS air textured yarn. And the application of the yarn in the weaving looms were weaving,Preliminary study of the weaving process on the fabric and style of performance, as the basis for future research.The results show that: better preparation of the PPS with the air bag wire deformation and processing conditions were: monofilament denier 6 ~ 7dtex; deformation overfeed rate of 25% to 30%; Air Pressure 0.65 ~ 0.78Mpa; processing speed of 300 350m/min, heat setting temperature of about 240℃. PPS air-textured yarn of the performance index for the breaking strength 3.0cN/dtex; breaking elongation of 20%; wire loop instability 1.0%; heat shrinkage rate of 3.0% in the experiments by the appearance of uneven weaving, feel full, good style high tensile strength woven fabrics. The results show that the PPS is an air textured yarn woven bag yarn can be used,If the real exhaust gas to meet demand for thermal power and other industries, must continue in-depth detail.
