In the process of the human society, water is an irreplaceable resource to our social prosperity and development. As the population was concentrated in the cities, water is more important sustainable for development of the city. With economic development, urban population aggregation, urban water resources gradually increasing intensity, and accompanied by a large number of sewage discharging, resulting serious damage to urban water environment, in the role of the progressive, water structure and function weakened, this situation leading to its proper function loss, and then resulting the Black-odor of the water. Particularly, Arid areas in northern cities, this phenomenon is much more serious. In this paper, based on the Taiyuan City black-odor problems, the results obtained more meaningful for black-odor research, management has some significance. In this paper , study on the main tributaries in Taiyuan City section.First, determine the river monitoring sections, the main causes of black screen. By the introduction of each factors and black-odor indicators (CH)'s linear analysis, through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), qualitative and quantitative indicate on three different levels of Weight. Then, Application with the Extension Methods (EM), obtained integrated pollution of river water quality, reflection of Taiyuan City paddlewheel river water pollution much Reasonable. At last, proposed control measures targeted.Through investigation and study, main findings are as follows:â‘ Through field investigation, according to the characteristics of the river, identify key monitoring sections on the east and west sides of the main tributaries of Fen River in Taiyuan City and downstream sections. With high-frequency on-site monitoring in a long time, revealed spatial and temporal variation of pollution.â‘¡By the Introduction of linear correlation analysis, using principle of least squares for each of the pollution factors correlation with CH, obtained relevance indicators ,in order to facilitate post-computation. On this basis, the further introduction of AHP to determine the weights between consolidated index layer, feature index layer and the basic layer.â‘¢The evaluation system posed by Hierarchical analysis and Extension model, on the contribution of various pollution items to black-odor in varying degrees, establish comprehensive correlation and level transformation characteristic value, and determine the level of standards. Finally, adoption unormalized evaluation values, obtained comprehensive water pollution index.â‘£Evaluation results shows that water quality of Beijian and Jiuyuan are all the best in tributaries. Water quality of Beijian betweenâ…¡*andâ…¢* in all monitoring period. In early July to early August, water quality are all theâ…¡*, water quality was relatively good compared to other periods. Other periods water quality are all in Gradeâ…¢*, it was a black-odor critical state. Jiuyuansha was less contaminated, water quality wasâ…¢* toâ…£* in all monitoring periods , this situation relatively good. Water quality of Control Section (Fen paragraph 2) in dry season and period are all bad, based on qualityâ…¢*, in flat-water period it tended toâ…£*, dry season tended toâ…¤*. Overall, water quality of Reduction section (Fen Section 3) better that the Control section, it based onâ…£* in the dry season , tended toâ…¤*, and in flat-water season it based onâ…¢*, tended toâ…£*.
