In this paper, the main research content is CNC efficiency of Variable Velocity Variable frequency Crumb cake hydraulic machine. However as a hydraulic press machine, the machine doesn't have high utilization rate, the whole efficiency of the system is low, which has been a major issues which restrict the development of hydraulic press machine. Therefore, the study on CNC efficiency of crumb cake hydraulic machine has a theoretical significance on its development.In this paper, through the test of iron filings suppression and the measure of digital power meter to obtain the output energy and input energy changes of crumb cake hydraulic machine under different frequency, and on this base, the CNC efficiency model of Variable Velocity Variable frequency Crumb cake hydraulic machine is established. First of all, with crumb cake hydraulic machine as the research object, the research has made comprehensive introduction of the crumb cake hydraulic machine, and has suggested improvements hydraulic transmission control system of programs, which including the hydraulic circuit parts, electrical control part. According to the suppressing of iron filings technology, the power of crumb cake hydraulic machine is reformed and PLC control system is designed, it's become an automatic operation variable frequency hydraulic crumb cake hydraulic machine. Secondly, Research the efficiency and energy consumption of variable drive crumb cake hydraulic machine, and obtain the efficiency and consumption of crumb cake hydraulic machine under the different frequencies by experiment and calculation. Again, the system mathematical model of variable frequency drive crumb cake hydraulic machine is established. Variable frequency drive crumbs cake hydraulic machine open-loop transfer function is derived, and through simulation of MATLAB software to study it. Finally, analysis speed-loop of variable frequency drive crumb cake hydraulic machine. Through the establishment of mathematical model, gain the hydraulic cylinder speed dropped down and compensated formulas. The speed closed-loop feedback control is proposed.Through experiment obtain that the energy saving rate of Variable Velocity Variable frequency Crumb cake hydraulic machine have reached 38 percent when the frequency rate is 30Hz and the motor speed is low. After the equipment has reconstructed, the simulation results show that the variable frequency drive crumb cake hydraulic machine is a stable and fast response system. At the same time, the formulas find that two main factors about cylinder speed dropping down is system leakage and loading vary.
