Application Development & Research On Cotton/Functional Rayon Interwoven Fabric & Home-textile Bedding Articles

The paper and its application development and research aims to reduce production difficulties and costs, improve production efficiency and produce quality, enhance the value-added products and promote industrial production of anion textile products based on production in scale and selling in market of the functional top grade home-textile fabric and products. A series of special design, process and technique which interweaves 9.7tex (60s) cotton warp yarn with 14.5tex (40s) anion weft rayon yarn are used in production of the broad width, fine count, high ends cotton/anion functional rayon interwowen fabric. A series and whole set functional home-textile bedding articles are developed through application research and design from aspects such as function, performance, specification, style, color and pattern etc.Basic performance and anion function of anion rayon staple fiber and its yarn used in the products are experimented and analyzed. Due to the lower strength and elongation of anion rayon fiber, some problems such as the difficulty in spinning and weaving, the special cotton warp and anion rayon weft interwoven fabric is designed which requires exceptional yarn spinning, fabric production and finishing process and technique. Basic performance and anion function of cotton/anion rayon interwoven fabric and its products are experimented and analyzed too in this paper.Some conclusions are obtained by development and research. Bedding fabrics using fine count cotton for warp and fine anion rayon yarn for weft, which can avoid some problems such as the difficulty in spinning fine count anion rayon yarn, weaving due to strength weakness as warp act. It will make the bedding articles industrial production of detailed and high-grade function possible and beneficial to achieve high efficiency of weaving.The design and process for cotton/anion rayon interwoven fabric and its home-textile products are reasonable with the fashion color and pattern, controlled product cost, goog anion function and better entirety performances. It is proved that the product can meet the needs of middle and high grade home-textile market. It can be produced by industry and spread application, so has a high social and economic value.
