This paper in connection with the characteristics of production in Honggang Oilfield after chemical flooding, screened a demulsifying agent for Honggang oilfield by the study of the conditions of demulsifying agent affect on produced fluid, it will provide a technical support on further increase in crude oil production for Honggang oilfield.Above all, this paper have studied the configuration of conditions of emulsion, we simulated the emulsion and tested the formation conditions for different types of emulsion by configure O / W type and W / O type. And studied the influence on type and stability of produced fluid with different water-oil ratio, polymers, surfactants, polymer / surfactant. Experimental results show that the Water-oil ratio have significant impact on emulsion type; but polymers, surfactants, polymer / surfactant have no effect on type; polymers has a stabilizing effect on O / W type, but go against on W/O type; When surfactant concentration is less than 50 mg·L-1, it has a stabilizing effect on O/W type, an increasing concentration will reducing the stabilizing effect, for the W/O type, low concentrations brings demulsification effect, high concentration have a stabilizing effect; polymer / surfactant has a stabilizing effect both on O/W type and W/O type.Through the screening on demulsifying agent we know that current ones cannot reach the output standard, so, according to the principle of selection criteria and compound , Carried out by a variety of single-dose, get some different proportion of mixtures which are hydrotrope demulsifying agent BH-8 and oil soluble demulsifying agent; from demulsify time, demulsifier concentration and temperature, etc, we can see the demulsification performance. The results show that after treatment, the oil-water showed a clear oil-water interface, the water is clear, shiny, etc; after analyze emulsion-breaking mechanism we know that BH-8 and ZR-6 are able to reduce oil-water interfacial tension; When the polymer and surfactant concentrations are 300mg/L, demulsifier can decrease the interface elastic modulus and interfacial viscosity; the performance of the Multi-branched demulsifier is better than straight-chain type; we measured pH, conductivity, oil content of treated sewage, suspended solids in sewage and viscosity, and analyzed the sewage quality of Honggang oilfield, finally, adopt a treatment program.
