With the further development of oil field, people pay more attention to reservoirs with deep burial depth, low energy and low permeability. Therefore, it's important to solve the problems of deep lifting in late development of oil field. With the increase of the depth of plunger,the polished rod load increases ,the torque of conventional beam pumping unit increases manifold and the beam pumping unit no longer meet the needs of deep-drawn, so the site often adopt chain drive pumping unit with high-strength sucker, and special pump to carry out deep drawing, it indicated that the use of special pump already accounts for 10% of all. When the depth of plunger increase, the force working on the rod increases at the same time, the sucker rod will run more risk of being broken, the sucker rod has more elastic tensile strains, underground work burden., the efficiency of pump reduces, the efficiency of the system reduces severely. Therefore, it is an important stage to ensure safety and reliability of rod work in deep drawing, the reasonable design of sucker rod can improve the utilization efficiency successfully, promote efficiency of the deep pumping system greatly. The overall deep pumping system puts forward for more requirements for deep-supporting tool in quality and intensity.Firstly we made a concrete analysis of dynamics and kinematics for chain drive pumping unit, the analysis not only provided the theory basis for the design and renovation of the chain drive pumping unit, but also made necessary preparations for rod design in deep-drawn. Secondly, we studied the deep side-stream load decrease pump,based on the mechanism and force analysis for the deep side-stream load decrease pump,we proved the feasibility of its application in deep well and a load decrease demonstration was done, then a mathematical model was established to calculate the polished rod load for deep well which adopted the new deep pump. Through studying of the principle and particularity of special rod and auxiliary tool,and the methods of rod design, we will design rod string for deep drawing system based on the principle of equal strength. Then designed rod string and auxiliary tool for the deep drawing system, which is composed of chain drive pumping unit, the side-stream deep load decrease pump and high-strength rod. The software has been developed to design rod string for deep drawing system , and it achieved intelligent design for rod string in deep well, we can use the software to design for any given deep well, and carried out related calculations, it is the foundation for the deep drawing work, and provided theoretical basis for deep well.
