With the deepening of oil field development,oilfield deep pumping development needs increase.The existing small pump deep drawing technology is difficult to meet the current needs of oil field deep development,and large pump deep drawing can't be achieved by conventional rod pump lifting techniques.The appearance of load shedding deep drawing technologies,to some extent,solved the deep drawing problem,but load shedding deep drawing rod string force is more complex,how design deep drawing rod string,and choose load shedding deep drawing parameters,to meet the requirements of deep drawing must be resolved.Targeted at problems in the process of current load shedding deep drawing,based on the study of load shedding structure and principle,establish relief force calculation model,as well as wellbore fluid movement law in the load shedding deep drawing wells,determine its influence on the rod;Basic on this theory,establish the rod string mechanical mode in load shedding well,the rod string mechanical mode using load shedding deep pump respectively,and the upper and lower stroke rod load calculation model;Then establish rod string design methods in the load shedding deep drawing wells;Basic on this,work out "load shedding deep drawing optimization design software," for different types of load shedding deep drawing techniques and different effects of deep drawing requirements,to optimize the design of load shedding deep drawing wells and provide the basis for optimization design.By examples wells design and analysis,we can see that: different types of load shedding exist the safety down into depths;Load shedding devices and load shedding pump can achieve load shedding deep drawing effects,and extreme depth is related to area differential between large and small piston combinations.And with regard to the phenomenon of rod string fatigue life shorter occurred in the use during load shedding deep drawing wells,using the finite element software ABAQUS and fatigue life analysis software fe-safe to verify,to give depth requirements in load shedding process,under the premise that reach deep drawing requirements,minimize the load shedding down into depths,avoid installing load shedding in the middle of the rod,to reduce rod load,improve rod stress,and prolong rod life.
