The alkaline-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding is newly developed to enhance oil recovery, now in the field test. The result found that scaling is very serious in pipes and containers of ASP well ground gathering and transportation, seriously impact on the ground gathering and transportation and effluence processing equipment to work properly, which is a great trouble in the oil production and further development of ASP flooding technology. So it is necessary to study the scaling rules of the ground gathering transportation and evaluate the cavitation anti-scaling technology.In this paper, according to the lots of investigation and chemical analysis on produced liquid, we research its rules and trend of change, and filter out the main scaling factors of influence of the ground gathering and transportation. In order to accurately analyze the impact of scaling factors on the impact of produced system, we respectively study silicon ion concentration(50mg/L~200mg/L)variation with time in different pH value(8.0~9.5), different temperatures(30℃~45℃), by observing the changes of the concentration of silicon ions can be drawn that at different pH value different temperatures, the silicon ions scale of the critical concentration, and at 45℃, different pH value(8.0~9.5), we research the rules of the silicon ions scale of the critical concentration variation with time in the presence of different calcium and magnesium ions concentration. The experimental results show that with the increase of the solution pH value, the concentration of silicon ions to reach equilibrium is gradually increasing; The higher the temperature, the harder to scaling of silicon ions; The higher concentration of calcium and magnesium ions, the easier to scaling of silicon ions.This article detailed study the rules of the scaling factor variation of produced fluid under the cavitation anti-scaling technology, and study the different silicon ions concentration variation under the cavitation anti-scaling technology. The experimental results show that after the cavitation anti-scaling device treatment, the concentration of Ca2+, Mg2+ is in a certain inhibited decline; The cavitation anti-scaling device is a certain anti-scaling effect to silicon scaling , especially for the medium and high concentrations of silicon; Within the distance, the cavitation anti-scaling technology have a certain effect.Through the above study, summed up the major impact scaling factor of ASP in produced system and evaluate the cavitation anti-scaling technology, which has nice anti-scaling effect. This study will have profound significance in the further development of ASP flooding together with perfecting antiscale and anticorrosive technology and improving availability of chemical agent.
