| The alkaline-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding is newly developed to enhance oil recovery. The field tests found that the scaling and corrosion are very serious in injection-produced system, which is a great trouble in the oil production and development of ASP flooding technology. It is necessary to study and evaluate mechanism and factors of the scaling and corrosion in ASP flooding.In this paper, according to the investigation and chemical analysis on produced liquid and injected water, the main chemical in ASP are identified as alkali, surfactant and polymer. In order to accurately analyze the influence of chemical which have impact on scalling and corrosion in injection-produced system,variation of scalling and corrosion in several systems including single alkali system, binary system, and ternary systems has been studied. The experimental results show that alkali is the main chemical to affect the scalling and corrosion, surfactant and polymer play a synergic effect.According to the condition of the field tests, experimental scheme was designed to study the regularity of scalling and corrosion by the different temperatures (30℃,45℃,60℃,70℃), finally reaches the conclusion, that temperature is the important internal factor affecting scalling and corrosion, the rates of scale formation and corrosion increases with the temperatu-re increasing.The scales and corrosion products was characterized by virtue of chemical and instrumental analysis (FTIR, XRD, TG/DTA, SEM, XPS and AAS), The results display that the composition and structure of the scales are consistent with the above conclusions. The scales and corrosion products are coexistence, which shows that scalling interacted with corrosion.The study of factors of scalling and corrosion in injection-produced system will have profound significance in the development of ASP flooding together with perfecting antiscale and anticorrosive technology and improving availability of chemical agent. |
