Now, oilfield present complexity after some blocks using polymer flooding or asp flooding in Daqing oilfield. Many wells have a phenomenon that the resistance in oil tube and load of pumping was effected by the change of well-liquid characteristics, it also accelerates the destroy speed of pump devices. So the study on the changes of oil pumping system load case and devices performance down the hole is important for optimization design for pumping system and reasonable selection of pumping units structure to adapt Polymer Flooding and ASP flooding.In order to get the change law of viscosity and friction characteristics, based on different concentration polymer and ASP solution by laboratory, studied pipeline flow characteristic under different shear rates. Using the experiment data analyzed the effect of polymer and ASP solution on suspended points load, and compared the result with practice production, which provided basement for the selection design of pumping unit in EOR block.According to the movement of pumping suspension point and Weist Fall phenomena, established the movement mathematical model of valve.Through the simulation calculation, obtained the change rule of displacement, velocity and acceleration of valve, which provides theory basis for analysis on the fatigue life of valve bonnet.This paper simulated pump valve load-carrying condition by applying ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the mechanics model was established, which was about valve ball strike valve bonnet. Strength analysis of pump valve was carried out by variation of stresses model reflected. The reasons of the apparent pump valve invalidation problems were found. Based on mathematical model and software-ANSYS, proposed reasonable improvement measure for the design method of valve, strength of materials and technology for heating processing. The study provides a scientific basis and effective means for delaying pump valve invalidation, which improved sucker-rod pumping system efficiency and economic benefit of oil field.
