The research about the oil-well pump used in horizontal wells has been finished. For sand carrying in horizontal wells, and high temperature, interstitial,soft sealing,magnetic liquid has been optimized in the deign of the pump. Free travelling and fixed valves with forcibly close function have been applied in the technology to overcome the problem caused by the deviation effect.The research on the design theory of roof bolt that used in the horizontal wells has began which is In view of the structure feature of the horizontal wells. It proposed rod design theory and method, and has been applied in horizontal lifting rod pump design.The research of anticipation technology which will be applied in the horizontal wells has been carried out. It adopts solid lubrication technology, and has developed excellent sliding sucker centering device. The research has realized the effective prevention of the abrasion of the struts in the well with a serious dong leg degree with a anti-wear pair that also resistance to bending.A reliable connecting tripping device has been developed for artificial lifting of a large pump.The technique has been widely applied in the production and formed a certain scale, can adapt to a variety of complex horizontal wells lifting conditions, significant field test results, made significant economic and social benefits is a guarantee of horizontal wells and high-angle well the importance of normal oil production technology has a wide application prospect and application value.
