Experimental Researches On West Outskirts Field's Viscous Crude's Gathering And Delivering Technology

The viscous crude resources in the outskirts of Daqing's west oil field,because of its special peculiarity on its high viscosity,density,low output gas oil ratio,the existing gathering and delivering and dehydration technology in Daqing oil field is not suitable for this kind of viscous crude.Aiming at this complexion,the thesis carried on a series of experimentations and researches.This article carried on a series of experimentations on gathering and dehydration technology which is based on the viscous crude's thermal exploitation of Area Jiang37,Jiang55.The research is academically based on laboratory experiment reports,adopted a research method which is ascertaining technics-parameters by on-location experimentations,carried on researches aimed at questions about peculiarity of viscous crude,laboratory dehydration peculiarity and on-location experimentation research on gathering technology.In this article,we have such conclusions as follows:ascertained the experiment process of viscous crude's peculiarity's laboratory research;concluded technics parameters that is suitable for this kind of oil's gathering and delivering demandings; ascertaind dehydration technics parameters which reach to the criterion of viscous crude's dehydration.This thesis for the first time developed a on-location gathering and delivering thechnology researches in viscous crude field of Daqing oil field,which is aimed at thermal viscous crude's gathering and delivering technology researches,ascertaining gathering pressure,temperature limit,water-inject amount and its temperature limit under this kind of oil production.Developed Daqing's first set of thermochemistry dehydration experiment equipment specially suitable for viscous crude,and successfully applied on on-location production stream's dehydration.
