Shengli oilfield petroleum development center Wangzhuang oilfield belongs to extremely-viscous crude reservoir in Zheng411 Block development,is the main oil production in the oil development center.Of extremely-viscous crude in order to ensure the production task completion,Zheng411 Block ultra heavy oil reservoir development and production of a difficult task,by relying on the shore the second head this dehydration process,the limitation of facilities not perfect,the block this dehydration is not standard,the daily production operation affected by the larger.Based on this,this subject study of Zheng411 Block this dehydration system,proposed in view of the Zheng411 Block to build a new ultra heavy depot,ensure that purfied crude moisture content of 2%or less after processing.This topic analyzed this dehydration treatment process at home and abroad.From laboratory experiments and combined with the engineering practice,the Zheng411 Block of crude oil physical properties,rheological property and dehydration process,as well as system research,on the main contents include:the ultra heavy crude oil physical properties,such as mixing thin oil was carried out and the viscosity-temperature characteristics experiment;On the sewage water quality analysis and fouling tendency prediction experiments;The demulsifier screening experiment;And according to different mixing thin oil source,the two doped dilute solution static thermochemical settling dehydration experiment was carried out.According to the results of laboratory experiments,Zheng411 Block mixed oil density is1.0124g/cm~3,at 50?,the viscosity of up to 1174897 mpa·s,belong to this;Mixing thin oil density in 0.94 g/cm~3,belong to the ordinary heavy oil,sulfur can be used as this mixing thin oil source;HRB demulsifier for Zheng411 Block of heavy oil mixed with two kinds of mixing thin oil oil,have better effect on demulsification dehydration;When the dehydration temperature of 70?or less,Zheng411 Block mixed jixian station outside the oil,in dense dilute ratio less than 1:1,crude oil demulsification dehydration effect is poorer,when the dehydration temperature of 85?or higher,dense dilute ratio of 1:1.2~1.5,HRB add a dose of 200mg/L,doped rare crude oil demulsification effect is better,emergence water clear,settlement of 28~24h,crude oil moisture content of 1.7~1.4%,satisfies the requirement of purfied crude moisture content.According to the experimental results and combined with shengli oilfield operation experience similar blocks,determine the process for the ultra heavy dehydration process:adopting mixed rare period of settling dehydration process,build a new oil processing size37.5×10~4t/a this centralized treatment station,in order to meet the Zheng411 Block transmission purify the moisture content of oil,to meet the delivery requirements.Through the tracking of the project operation,the moisture content of transmission purfied crude are stable meet the delivery requirements(moisture content),achieve the goal of research study.And through the field running record:temperature,dosage,water blending ratio,consistent with the experimental data and the basic scheme design,selection of subject research experiment and data of production operation has played a very good guidance.
