The role of the slotted liner in open hole completion is to prevent the sand and wall collapse to plug shaft, thus the anti-bearing strength of slotted liner is related to the Borehole stability and the continuity of oil production process. In order to ensure liner has a certain strength,we need to calculate liner's Anti-extrusion stress and conduct strength analysis. should be have very important project valuable.First,proposed the method tojudge the failure of slotted hole.Then,the article to not slotted liner in the confining pressure for the 76.532MPa of uniform external compression loads calculated safety factor of 1.46 as a bench mark,calculated no-slotted liner longitudinal symmetry external compression load and unilateral external compression load of the upper load size and distribution,Basis these to calculate slotted liner's external compress-ive stress.At last,according to three kinds of sieve tube joint design program,Use finite element software to build a three-dimensional finite element model of sieve tubes to analysis liner for elastic analysis,resulting liner's stress distribution.Remove a seam where the maximum equivalent stress in when conduct elastic analysis.Use finite element subspace model technology to establish elastic-plastic analysis model and calculate the distribution of elastic and plastic sieve and laws of the region,and use finite element analysis software program for each of the three conditions (â‘ uniform external compression;â‘¡symmetrical up and down outside the extrusion;â‘¢upper unilateral external compression) Of Stress calculation,the results show that: for each of three program conditions, the sieve can safety, the program selection program 2.Therefore this article launch calculation of external compressive stress and study of strength evaluationfor horizontal wells liner provide the basis for the design of slotted liner and establish the strength standard for slotted liner.The method proposed for Judge underground slotted liner invalid.To reduce the loss of oil field development, providing a theoretical basis for improving economic efficiency,have great theoretical significance and engineering applications..
