Screen liner is the key equipment to control sand in petroleum productive operation. It plays an important part in the process of horizontal and thermal wells completion for super-heavy oil reservoir. For the screen liner in the high temperature, high pressure environment, the abominable working conditions and complexed loading situation is the key damage reason. It will shorten seriously the screen liners using life. To decline the screen liner breakage in thermal progress, the paper analyzed the screen liner breakage mechanics mechanism, found out the main reasons for its breakage, and made high effective measures, which are very important to improve the economic benefit in heavy oil thermal recovery.At first, on the basis of friction drag model of the horizontal screen liner on the tripping process, with the software which analyzes the tripebility of completion screen liner in horizontal well, combined with the project wellbore data, the paper analyzed the abnormal wellbore trajectory and dogleg both affected the horizontal screen liner on the tripping process. Then mathematic simulation of the temperature field and thermal stress of screen liner in the soakage cycle was carried out with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, so high temperature is the most one of reasons for the strength failure of the screen liner. In the paper, the screen liner string of Du84-guan H50 well in the Liaohe oil-field became as the objective to computational analysis the vibration inherent property and dynamic response f the screen liner string on the steam injection progress, and we found out whether the steam injection affected screen liner. At last, based on the analysis of the screen liner fatigue breakdown, the paper gave correspondent suggestion on protection and cured countermeasures, six advanced completion-well processes and several improvement measures. The research of this paper was showed to have great instructive significance to take precautions against the screen liner breakage in the Liaohe oil-field.
