This paper analyzed pore bending structure and lubricants output characteristics in high temperature self-lubricating materials, finding under effect of frictional heat, the conventional rate of curvingωis not suitable for expressing the characterization of lubricants output from the bending pore. For reasonably expressing relationship between pore's curving structure and lubrication output, made out to the define of folded angle and output angle to express the bending pore, established single bending structures and a multi-curved pore model the finite element analysis model. With the established model and computer simulation methods, under effect of frictional heat, studied the bending pore effect on the lubricant output in self-lubricating materials. The main findings are as follows:(1)Lubricant output angleβunchanged:folded angle a in the range of less than 90°and of more than 90°, correspondingly, the lubricant output and output trends change according to their rules. For angular a less than 90°pores, the post-period of lubricant output increased sharply; the angular a more than 90°pores, the post-period of lubricant output declined sharply.(2) When lubricant output angleβis 90°, using the lubricant output J as a benchmark, the relationship of J and the lubricant output Je of any value'sβangle is:Je=Jsinβ, it shows that the lubricant output is proportional to the output angleβ. As output angle is a right-angle, the lubricant output achieve maximum.(3)For a bending angle models composited by two single angular structures and a single angular structure, the overall trends of the lubricant output curve are approximate; in the multi-bending structure, the pores which are throughout friction surface impact on lubricant output and trends.(4) The pore form of throughout the friction surface strongly influence the lubricant output. For the lubricant output, the straight hole is more favorable than bending hole. As the hole of connecting with the surface's pore is folded pore, it can storage more lubricant in a limited high range.
