Schiff base derivatives are widespread existing in nature, which most have potent pharmacological activity and catalyst activity, pharmacological activity and catalyst activity of Schiff base compounds to be used for screening purposes has been the core of study for chemical Schiff base. Thus, the research of Schiff base derivatives method is extremely important. There into. The N is contained in Schiff base, which has isolated pair electron so as to cooperate with metal salts to pose assorted matter. From the existing research result, research of catalysis to Schiff base complexes have acquired achievement at some extent, however, synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes and Henry reaction of green synthetic methods have yet to be studied in depth. This article is based on previous synthesis of bis-(indolyl)-methanes, Henry reaction and Friedel-Grafts, with a view to filter out the new style Schiff base complexes'catalysts those are mild reactionconditions, simple operation, convenient post-processing and environment-friendly.In this paper, basing on the catalyst function of Schiff base metal complex, the main work as follows:1. The highly yield (50%-98%) Henry addition of nitromethane to aromaaldehydes with use of a Schiff base (L1) Mn (II) complex catalyst in the process.2. The highly yield (70%-96%) addition of indoles to aromaaldehydes with use of a Schiff base (L2) Cu (II) complex catalyst. A series of bisindolymethane compounds were mildly and efficiently synthesized.3. The schiff base (L1) Cu (II) complex efficiently catalyzed Friedel-Grafts of indoles to 1-phenyl-2-nitylethene were developed, and high yield (from 72% to 95%) were achieved. with CH3CH2OH as a cheap and easy to get the reaction solvent, with a convenient handle, less polluting and many other advantages, for the response to this is a trend in line with the development of modern chemistry catalyst. These methods were simple, mild reaction conditions, environment-friendly, regional selective specificity, and a good yield, which were provided by the text.
