The limit system recovery rate was determined through calculation,in different feed water pH value, in the process of reuse circulation cooling sewage from Hejin power plant by reverse osmosis in this paper.And experiments were carried out targeting the effect of feed water pH value and system recovery rate on the reverse osmosis system water treatment result,operation results in several operation conditions were compared. Finally the results of three cleaning methods were compared through cleaning experiments. The result show that when the feed water pH value was less-than or equal to 7.7, reverse osmosis could obtain high level recovery rate. Considering the aspect of water utilization ratio and the quality of product water, there were two operating methods suitable for this technology. About carbonate scale membrane fouling,adoption of special cleaning liquid can make the best result, but the result of adoption the cleaning liquid of HCl was good as well, and more economical.
