According to modern steel rolling production main feature to satisfy in the actual production to control and so on tensity, position, speed and pressure requests, uses the hydraulic pressure on the leveling machine to press the systems control (i.e. APC) the way.This article presses the system take the Jinan steel and iron Limited company's PZ—1400Bsingle rack four roller irreversible cold rolling leveling machine hydraulic pressure as the object of study, has conducted the more thorough analytical study. The concrete study leveling machine hydraulic pressure has pressed the system concrete principle and realizes the control function and the control policy, has selected the corresponding hydraulic element according to the practical work technical parameter request, and had determined the corresponding parameter, simultaneously established the hydraulic pressure to press system's mathematical model, and carried on the analysis to its static state and the dynamic characteristic.Used conventional Z-N the installation PID control to adjust to the position-control system, the pressure control system has carried on the feedback adjustment separately, although had certain control effect to this system's dynamic characteristic, but the PID controller needed to the proportion, the differential, the integral three parameters to carry on the installation or the debugging generally, very difficult one time to determine that the work load was troublesome. Therefore, to further enhance the cold rolling leveling machine hydraulic pressure to press the systematic dynamic characteristic adjustment parameter algorithm the search efficiency request, this article proposed the genetic algorithm control method. Realized the system genetic algorithm PID control parameter self regulating to decide. The PID parameter which and Z-N obtains to the optimization the installation PID control effect carries on the contrast comparison, finally indicated that the genetic algorithm PID control surpasses Z-N the installation PID control, has further confirmed this topic feasibility and the usability.
