Study On Building Of Urban Ecological Community From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

With the transfer of industrial civilization to ecological civilization, human settlement step into a new stage– ecological communities. In the paper, the construction of urban ecological community is set in the background of harmonious society. The combination of ecological civilization with construction of community, and the exploration of the harmonious co-habitant of man to nature, and man to man are the evitable choice to implement the scientific outlook on development and to build a harmonious society, are important ways to achieve the harmonious man–to–man relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to study the experience and the problems existing to construction of urban ecological community, and put forward countermeasures from the perspective of harmonious society.In theory sphere domestic, the history of study on urban ecological community from the perspective of harmonious society is not long enough, with many new studies beginning lately. In practice, when compared to other countries, experience and lessons should be learned to tailor to local needs. In the paper , literature review method is employed to analyzed and summarize the progress and inspiration of ecological community construction home and abroad ; face- to-face interview and phone interview are employed to investigate ecological community in different cities , with its characteristic and lessons compared ; the problems facing the construction of ecological community domestic are deeply analyzed , and countermeasures to construct ecological community from the perspective of harmonious society are put forward ,such as transfer of economic development model , perfection of laws and regulations , implementation of environment-friendly grouping technology , establishment of ecological civilization ideas , construction with local needs met . The paper can be divided into 5 parts, as followed,1.Introduction. Researching meaning, literature review, and concepts concerned ecological community as well as the ideas of harmonious society, human ecology and community development are introduced in this part. From the perspective of construction of urban ecological community, from the experience of the course of ecological progress home and abroad, the explorations and inspirations of construction of urban ecological community in different cities in Fujian province are compared , the main problems facing the construction of urban ecological community from the perspective of harmonious society are analyzed , and countermeasures are put forward .the method used here includes literature review ,comparison ,inducement and field work.2. Analysis on the progress of ecological community. The history of ecological community home and abroad is reviewed and classified, Illustrative case analysis. Chapter 5 will set the foundation for the countermeasures.3. The exploration of urban ecological community construction in Fujian province. Based on the analysis of spatial layout of cities in Fujian and the situation of progress of urban ecological community development, on the comparison of the experience of ecological community building in such cities as central cities, mountainous cities and new coastal cities, the inspiration of ecological community building in Fujian is revealed.4. Main problems facing the construction of ecological society from the perspective of harmonious society. The problems such as the urgent need to transfer economy development model in the progress of urbanization and industrialization , the sufficiency and deficiency of law and regulations, a weak conscience of ecological civilization , a lack of integrity when coming to community individual are deeply analyzed .5. Countermeasures to the construction of urban ecological community from the perspective of harmonious society. the countermeasures are transferring economy development model build a resource -and - environment friendly society , improving laws and regulation to perfect structure and system ,promoting environment-friendly grouping technology to build ecological community , cultivating the idea of ecological civilization to promote low carbon living , adjusting to local situation to boost community building macrocosmically and macroscopically. I t is hoped that the five countermeasures will serve as guides in the building of urban ecological community from the perspective of harmonious society.
