Fieldbus-based high-speed, hard real-time data transmission technology is a symbol of high-end CNC technology. it is also an important component of CNC high-end hardware system.The research and development of bus interface in data transmission for high-end numerical control system are completed, and concrete study can be devided into two parts:Firstly:For the weak real-time and specific characteristics of Control Panel in high-end CNC system, the RS485 standard fieldbus interface and user-level agreement are developped. The FPGA-based PC104-RS485 fieldbus board and control panel scanning board based on AT89S52 MCU are designed and developed. The bus driver program based on the WINDOWS + RTX environment are developed, and integrated into the CNC system kernel process. At present, the bus interface has been successfully applied to GSK27i dual-channel high-end CNC system, obtaining a high reliability, low-cost practical effect.Secondly:To meet the multi-channel, strong real-time, high-precision synchronization requirements of the serial servo bus of the high-end CNC system (channel number 100-channel, servo cycle of 100μs, synchronization precision 3μs), I am involved in the development of optical transmission technology based on high-speed Ethernet servo bus technology and complete the design and development of Industrial Ethernet bus interface hardware based on DSP + FPGA + LXT973. By testing real-time performance and reliability performance of the developed real-time Ethernet MAC layer protocol, the results of a 50us real-time performance and a long time transitting of no loss in packets are obtained.
