Coal Mine Real-Time Monitor System Based On Industrial Loop Ethernet

In resent years, accidents in coal mine happened frequently in our country. There are many reasons such as the outburst of gas, penetrator, wrong operation, disabled monitor and malfunction from equipments etc. Except man-made and outburst accidents, equipments malfunction takes great proportionment. Therefore, a complete security and real-time monitor system of a coal mine based on large equipment is urgent to be development for high frequency of mine accidents.Firstly, according to analysis of the requirement of security real-time monitor system of a coal mine and aimed at production facts of state coal mine, we put forward a complete security real-time monitor system project. The system's mainliner is used optical fiber, based Modbus protocol and connected many subsystems, video frequency system and direct telephone, as a whole of digital net, sound net and image net. The mode of B/S is used to visitation mode to realize data share and communication between one station and other station.Secondly, we carry out some monitor and incident search means.LAN design must satify work condition and stability; video frequency system design roots in the third control system of video frequency, which adopts DLP combination technique. Voice system roots in 3COM HuaWei Co. to realize communication. In the course of data collection system, we first make certain sensor and build LAN based advanced I/O modules as station from SIXNET to collect datum,then give hardware wiring diagram.Finally, system software exploiture is based on KingVIEW 6.5 and we used three-dimensional sculpt to simulate locale equipments and realized dynamic simulation, real-time display and memory, historic query, upon or under parameter alarm display, alarm query and historic report forms print , and we can realize internet management and view directly etc. According to industry Ethernet setting, firewall's install and high-speed transmission it can satisfy system's security, credibility and real-time in coal mine which is new SCADA system of mine monitor and control warming system.
