Synthesized from adding dialdehyde to solve the problem which more free phenol in phenolic resin. By means of orthogonal empirical approach to determine which dialdehyde we will use and the addition of that dialdehyde. We will make sure the reaction time and the dehydration temperature. We tried to descent free phenol in phenolic resin from 10% to 1-2% , to increase percent conversion, to lower the costs of production. Through modification we want to raise bonding strength of the phenolic resin, to obtain high tensile strength of tectorial membrane on the sand. Researching the tensile strength between the quantity of phenolic resin added,the sintering time and the sintering temperature.
