With China's rapid economic development, there has been a large number of contaminated sites left behind, which industrial enterprises changes products or abandoned. Its is harmful to surrounding environment and human health, and which often showed characteristics of multiple sources, persistence, concealment, lagging behind, accumulation, toxicity. Whether the directly soil pollution, or soil pollution caused by the atmosphere, surface water and groundwater pollution, eventually can be great impact on the animals, people and ecological environment. In this paper, for the residue field of a chemical plant in Chongqing of cyanide, aniline, as well as nickel, chromium, strontium and other pollutants in the soil residue, we did a series of work of site investigations, sample collection and total analysis.Through a series of Toxicity identification test of acute toxicity test, toxicity and corrosive leaching experiments, we analyze the nature and composition on cyanide residue, and to identify whether is hazardous waste, and for the treatment and disposal of chemical industrial solid waste to provide scientific, accurate information. According to the results of toxicity test, technology road of pretreatment on waste residue has been proposed that the oxidation-reduction treatment and acid-base neutralization treatment and cement solidification. After pretreatment, the residues of the toxic components are eliminated and the pH value of leaching solution to meet the "hazardous waste landfill admission control limits", and can effectively reduce the environmental risks of the residue field.Furthermore, the typical area of health risk assessment for contaminated sites are carried out and t and discussed its methods, procedures and indicators system. Based on non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic health risk probability on adult or child, which Through the channels of oral ingestion, skin exposure, and inhalation exposure caused by ingestion of contaminated substances ,we have formulated The target value of soil remediation of contaminated sites.
