In this study,a medicinal plant amoxicillin wastewater was used as the research object,and zebrafish,water silkworm,and Scenedesmus obliquus were selected as the tested organisms for toxicity experiments.The toxicity of amoxicillin wastewater was preliminarily determined by the full-wavelength scanning of Scenedesmus obliquus under amoxicillin wastewater stress and the acute toxicity of amoxicillin wastewater to zebrafish and water silkworm.Based on the acute toxicity test,subacute toxicity experiments were carried out to determine the activities of various antioxidant enzymes?LDH,SOD,CAT,T-AOC,MDA?involved in the antioxidant defense reaction in zebrafish muscle tissue.A variety of antioxidant enzymes?GSH,POD,LDH,T-AOC,AKP?activities involved in antioxidant defense reactions and various antioxidant enzymes?XOD,MDA,GSH,T-?involved in the antioxidant defense reaction of Scenedesmus obliquus AOC)activity and chlorophyll a content.Finally,the ecological level of amoxicillin wastewater was calculated by comprehensive biomarker response index method?IBR?.Acute toxicity experiments showed that the LC500 value of amoxicillin wastewater in the observation period of 96h was in the range of 30%70%,and the Tua value was between 12,indicating that amoxicillin wastewater was low in the 48h experimental time.Waste water;it is a poisoned wastewater at a test time higher than 48h.he full-wavelength scanning experiment of Scenedesmus obliquus showed that the absorbance of Scenedesmus obliquus showed a trend of“decline-rise-fall”in the range of620720nm.The absorbance reached the maximum at the wavelength of 680nm,and the maximum value was 0.551.Therefore,the growth curve drawing experiment of S.obliquus should be carried out at a wavelength of 680 nm.Subacute toxicity test was carried out on the tested organisms.IBR analysis was carried out according to the experiment.The results showed that the IBR value of amoxicillin wastewater to zebrafish was between 3.40 and 35.54,and the IBR value showed a"V"trend with time,with the concentration of wastewater.The change showed an"N"trend;the IBR value of the water silkworm was between 2.41 and 22.19,and the amoxicillin wastewater had a great ecological risk to the zebrafish,and the IBR value of the snail was between 0.24 and 2.95.The amoxicillin wastewater has little risk to the ecological risk of Scenedesmus obliquus.
