The water resources are very important to the humanity; the people add water the archery target request more and more to be also high, the traditional water treatment medicinal preparation easy to have two pollution, therefore seeks one kind of security, the highly effective water treatment medicinal preparation is extremely essential. But the potassium ferrate is one kind of collection oxidation, the disinfection, the sterilization, the flocculation in a body highly effective water treatment medicinal preparation, its end product non-toxic harmless, has made up the traditional water treatment medicinal preparation insufficiency. But its preparation condition quite is harsh, the danger, the synthesis product purity and the production rate are not ideal, is unstable under the water and the moist environment. This paper research on the potassium ferrate synthesis, and has carried on processing with the self-made product to the Chongqing University algae waste water, obtained a better treatment result.The research content includes: (1) Change adds raw material, and reduce the reaction time. This experiment is in the traditional preparation method foundation, replaces the primary data by the calcium hypochlorite. (2) The experiment has carried on the orthogonal experiment to the preparation condition, and has determined the response condition. Determine the amount of calcium hypochlorite, reaction temperature is 25℃, re-crystallization temperature is 0℃and reaction time conditions 40min, the yield more than 75%. The purity is detected by direct spectrophotometric. (3) The product has the gloss powdery material for the dull purple, extremely easy to dissolve in the water, the water-soluble fluid assumes the deep purple. Based on this characteristic, the product is the potassium ferrate. (4) The quantitative analysis has used the spectrophotometric method and the titrimetric method. Production rate respectively is 94.6% and 95.9% (5) Qualitative analysis has used the infrared spectrum(IR), x-ray diffraction(XRD), ultraviolet spectrum(UV) methods and proved to calcium hypochlorite as the raw material to preparation of the product is potassium ferrate. (6) The research discovered has many kinds of factor influence potassium ferrate to be stable, the most primary factor is the purity and the potassium ferrate solution density.The experiment also carried on to Chongqing University pond waste water has eliminated algae processing, this waste water mainly included the lune algae. The potassium ferrate strong oxidability, may destroy the lune algae in the response the cell wall, causes its nutrients outflow, and finally died. in the determination result discovery to the Zeta electric potential, the potassium ferrate may reduce the waste water the Zeta electric potential, the original stable high algae to escape steadily. The majority of algae by the Fe(OH)3 adsorption, have been achieved the good processing result. Determined responded the condition, the pH is 6, threw the increment is 120mg/L, the water temperature is the normal temperature. The experiment eliminated the algae to the potassium ferrate to carry on the orthogonal experiment。Through the experimental study, may prepare the high production rate and high-purity potassium ferrate take the calcium hypochlorite as raw material, and this potassium ferrate processing actual algae waste water obtained the satisfactory result.
